Comprehensive Reporting Enables Better Decisions

Our reporting is flexible and can be provided at the client, plan and/or group levels. Standard and ad hoc operational reports are also available within our award winning ExpressPAth application that shows all authorization activity, appeals, denials and provider detail.
 
Quarterly and annual statistical reporting packages provide all necessary delegation information required to maintain NCQA certification.

Examples of information included in the standard quarterly reports:

  • Plan cost savings by savings type, therapy, and drug
  • Authorization and claim detail by spend, outcome, therapy, and drug
  • Provider benchmarking with in and out of network statistics, top 10 providers by authorizations and claims, and top 10 provider specialties by authorization volume
  • Service metrics for turnaround time, call handling, consistency and satisfaction

 Additionally, having data for both pharmacy and medical in a single data warehouse allows for complete visibility, with unified and integrated specialty trend management across medical and pharmacy benefits.
